Excellent customer service from Buntha. He was honest, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate and respect this company. They believe in both their brand quality and servicing and repairing phones. They know how to look after their customers, offer free check ups and will always ask for permission before doing a job. I discovered this company quite a few years ago when I got water in my iPhone 3GS and my boyfriend dropped his Samsung Galaxy s7 and the back was damaged. They offer great pricing as well. This team will look after their customers.A huge thank you to their whole team at The Mobile Phone Clinic in Springvale. I cannot recommend them enough to others. They will always be the place I rely on if I have any problems with phones.

Mobile Phone and tablet repair facility that has been operating for well over 10 years.Located on busy Springvale Road on the northern side of the railway station they have a workshop that can repair most problems caused by dropping the phone such as smashed glass screen, microphone, speaker, battery.They are well equipped and have most parts on hand for a fast repair.Prices are very reasonable. Accept credit card / cash. No toilets, street parking only.

Brought my phone in here as requested by another company for a checkup. Long story short, needed a report but was not exactly 100% helpful and a little slow on the responses.

One thing that I really DONT like is if you pay to get your phone fixed and then the screen doesn’t work days later and they don’t have the decency to admit there is a fault, this is what they have done and tried to charge my friend for another screen repair. I’ve been a sparky for 10 years and if I’ve installed something and it doesn’t work. I’d be there the next day replacing it. This ain’t no bot.

Took an iPad in for repair a few months ago and received it back within a couple of hours, for a great price. Unfortunately the issue came up again recently, and I was able to take the iPad back and have it fixed again at no cost. Very happy with service.

Boss was extremely rude to customers. Educate your staff and implement proper customer service guidelines and treat customers with respect. Replying “spam” to real reviews makes your business look worse. Treat your customers properly!!!
