Really professional consultations and clear explanation of the diagnosis. I felt my problems were listened to and the machine analysis of my gait and foot pressure areas was shown and discussed with me. I’ve had definite improvement of my symptoms and will keep working with my podiatrist at FootFaults. I’m pleased I found them. I took all the advice offered and bought new work shoes and joggers according to their recommendations and really really noticing improved comfort.

At Footfaults Podiatry, I am treated in a friendly but professional manner. Services are to my liking as the Podiatrists do an exceptional job on my feet. From the receptionists to the actual appoinment all is smooth & good. These are not the only Podiatrists I have been to, so I am able, to compare their services.

First time patient, was pleased that they had availability for an appointment at late notice. But I was even more impressed with their pre appointment service, including their efficient manner over the phone, plus their excellent form to complete prior to the first appointment, so that we didn't have to wait on arrival. My son received superb treatment from Caonlinean for his ingrown toenail, he was very informative and friendly. The reception desk team also really lovely. The follow up appointment for my son's achilles issue is yet to come, but I'm sure the care will also be excellent. Highly recommended.

Worst experience ever. Paid $600 for orthotics and initial consultation.The glorified toenail cutters earn more than a specialist.Orthotics fit like wooden clogs and have made my feet worse. Went back for an adjustment and was billed $170 for the pleasure of having cottonwool taped underneath.I would not recommend this lot to anyone least of all a young child.A really bad experience at a ridiculous cost.

After a good few months of niggling sore feet whilst trying to build distance in my (recreational) running, I made an appointment with Justin on the strength of the online reviews - and the mix of podiatry and running analysis.Really glad I did! Justin is clearly up to date with research and treatments, and he’s also very patient and supportive; he took the time to listen to my concerns, explain things clearly and answer all my questions. A few sessions on and I’m back running without the pain and on track to hit my goals. Highly recommend.

I have had a really positive experience using Foot Faults Podiatry Mt Gravatt. They were able to diagnose my issues and make customised orthotics that fitted correctly first time. My symptoms are now significantly reduced. The service and communication by the admin team was great, the podiatrists were very personable and professional. It was great to have a one-stop experience.

Foot Faults Podiatry was great, very honest and not one of the practices that tells you to keep coming back just to get more money. Went a couple of times and then it was if you still have any problems just make another appointment. Will use Foot Faults Podiatry always.

Recently engaged these guys for an upgrade to my orthotics. Great service, very thorough, and I'm walking more comfortably than I have for years and years. Definitely recommended and I'll be going back when I need my next update.
