He was here for 10mins!!! To say these guys are a rip off is the biggest understatement of the year. Oh! and the $2000 didn’t even include parts, that was just for the labour… because he had no idea what parts may or may not have needed replacing. Needless to say I said thanks but I might get a second opinion. So I rang up a local hydronic guy who had a mobile number and shock horror, answered the phone himself… heating fixed, parts replaced and full service done all within an hour of turning up… and at a reasonable price in the hundreds not thousands. If you ring a service / repair company and they have a call centre and you have to pay upfront just to have someone come out… run a mile. They will rip you off for sure! Just like these guys try to do to me.
