This is a fantastic gym. Joined up a couple of months ago and really impressed with the services, the PTs, and the facilities. It's everything needed to achieve fitness goals.

Having just upgraded my membership to all clubs, I had to give this a try while on the coast. They have a lot of equipment, and it is very old. You can't even read the weight increments on some machines, so good luck tracking your progress. And the ones you can reach have a really weird progression.Overall it has everything you need, but if you after after the latest and greatest, try another location.But it doesn't detract from GoodLife overall as a quality gym franchise. I'm still very happy as a member for over 1 year now.

As far as gyms go, Goodlife Caloundra is good value for money. But I wanted to shout out young Levi the personal trainer. I was suffering with shoulder which was impacting my workouts and potential gains. Levi went out of his way to assist me in working out the challenges I had with mobility. He's very knowledgeable and gave me new insights to ensure my training can continue. He's a great guy. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have just moved to the area and we visited 3 gyms before we found that Goodlife would be best suited for our needs. Facilities are beyond reproach and the staff are friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to a long association with the gym.

Great gym.Has pretty much everything you need. You can also access the sauna and steam room during staffed hours which is pretty cool.

They do not care about their customers. The worst experience at a gym I have ever been too. The lack of care makes them very arrogant.

I've recently returned to Goodlife after a long break for health reasons. It's great to be back!There are plenty of machines and free weights, and several different workout areas, so I can always find a spot to workout that suits my physical and emotional state at that time.The staff are great, not pushy or smothering, and they listen! I've had a program designed that suits me and what I want to do (instead of what someone thinks I should be doing).And I end my session with a long, hot shower, in a clean and tidy change room. Goodlife Gym is my happy safe place.

Bad service and extremely rude on the phone... refused to work with me when cancelling my contract.. haven't been in there for months and can't take any of that time off.I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone ever...Further I will be sorting this out in court for threatening me to go to the debt collector if I didn't pay in 1 week.

We love Goodlife, best group of gyms.I love having access to a gym anywhere I’m staying as I travel a lot. So supportive and always feel welcome.Everything you need for great results, clean and never have any issues getting a machine or bench.
