When I ordered my part (door for water fillers)it was out of stock but I thought what the heck but after a couple of months it came very happy

Original order was lost in the post and once that was confirmed a replacement was sent within two days. Very good service.

Expensive. I like to support local business but if I can buy parts delivered to my door for less than the price quoted and not including the cost of driving to the supplier etc. then I will buy on line every time.

I bought a New Caravan interstate and the brake controller installed in my car failed and locked the brakes on after driving only a short distance.I purchased a new version of the same brand and installed it on the side of the road. 4 hours later, on my way again and drove 800 km home. The new controller didn’t learn to change sensitivity and slammed the brakes on fully every time the pedal was touched. I called Caravan Spares and Repairs and they booked the van in for an assessment. They listed to my story with great empathy and suggested an Elecbrakes unit would solve my problems. Even though they were very busy and I'd never dealt with them before, one of their team installed the unit for me and I was able to drive away safely and very relieved. I appreciate their great help on the day.
