Bond Cleaning in Melbourne

Gave me a written quote, then jacked the price up by $100 the next day with no rationale. Claim they do a price match on their website, but refused to look at multiple competitor quotes that showed they were hundreds of dollars too expensive. Hounded me every day asking why I hadn’t booked, made me reexplain the situation half a dozen times, only to have some new person call back the next day with no context. Amateurish and dodgy with money - I deeply regret ever filling out their enquiry form

This company is a scam. The take your money before they clean, if they clean.Do not go with this scam artist.We booked for a clean on the day of settlement $400 for 2 bedroom unit. And the cleaner cancelled on us that day after not showing up and told us to call the office to get our money back.The office is now charging us a cancellation fee $150 although the cleaner was on the other side of town, about 2hours away from our property, and he had cancelled on us and played dumb and ignorant the whole conversation.These people are lucky to be in our country, and instead of rorting the system they should feel privileged and provide a positive contribution to our society/economy. They need to abide by consumer law. And they have failed dramatically. This company needs to be shut down.

Unprofessional, disorganised and did the worst vacate clean I have ever seen. I am a landlord who self-manages my properties and so have inspected dozens of end-of-lease cleans by professional cleaners. All have been good, or at least acceptable, apart from this company who were appalling.Issues included:• Made my tenant pay in advance - unprofessional and no recourse if they do a bad job, which they did.• They cancelled the day before my tenant was moving out and said they could come the next week.• My tenant was moving interstate and so I have to organise to let them into the vacant property.• The cleaner rang to book a new time – and I arranged to take time off work to be there. Then two different cleaners rang to book different times. I rang the company who were clueless and eventually I spoke directly to the cleaner and sorted out a time to let her in.• On the day a carpet cleaner called to say he’d be there in an hour, which was three hours earlier than arranged. I could not get there so cancelled the carpet clean.• The cleaner turned up on time and did some cleaning but seemed to miss the lounge and kitchen completely. The oven was covered in grease and food, crumbs were still on shelves inside cupboards and the range hood had not been touched and had a clear layer of grease.Overall - hard to deal with, inconvenient, unprofessional and they did a superficial clean that was inadequate. My tenant had been excellent in the 8 years he lived there so I will give him the bond back – but other landlords would probably dock at least $500 after ‘cleaning’ by these cowboys.

Very disappointed paid so much money for a service that I didn't get then have to pay someone else to fix the issues so over $1000 later for a 3 bedroom house ridiculous

Totally disappointed paid over$800 for a 3 bedroom home plus carpets and had to get someone else to come and redo so this cost me over $1000

The cleaning was absolutely terrible! I had asked an end of lease clean that included the balcony, splashback in kitchen, floors, windows, etc. The balcony was still dirty with barely any cleaning done. It was still covered in dust, the windows were filthy and the floor was very dirty. The splash back in the kitchen was not done and the floors had dirty parts on it. I had to spend the next day completing the rest of the cleaning myself as they refused to send out more cleaners in time for my inspection. I do not recommend this service!!

They did the end of lease cleaning for my unit. When the agent inspected they reported 8 items that need recleaning. and believe me, they were so chill as the unit was just whipped down and had no cleaning. If it was me I would call all the unit needs to be recleaned. I could see dirt everywhere. The cleaner did recleaning and this time items were reduced to 3 and they said these items can't be improved further and are damaged. (oven tray, kitchen benchtop and a wardrobe wall). I got the keys from the agent and did the items myself and they easily got cleaned and they call themselves professional cleaners.

Very unprofessional customer service. End of lease cleaning was not done properly. Agent was super unhappy with the result. Hair and dusts still remain, oven was not cleaned, etc. DO NOT use them.

Honestly a terrible cleaning service. Difficulty with keys and re-clean. After re-clean was completed they just left the keys in the grass out the front of the house. Avoid for sure.
