Terrible customer service, bloke I dealt with had no idea and was in a hurry to get rid of me. Bought a system of them 3 years ago and was having issues he wasn't interested. Asked him to give me a price on a new IP system three weeks no response. This was at Slacks Creek near the Hyperdome.

We contacted Oz Spy Security Solutions Slacks Creek, for a Security package for our home. Phil came and did a thorough review of where the cameras should be positioned, for best all round coverage of entry points. The installation team were extremely professional and polite and explained exactly how the system worked to ensure we knew how to review footage, which also included an app on our smart phones for 24/7 accessibility. We compared their prices to other brands and companies and found them to on pare with others but their after market support & follow up has been exception. I purchased a property with an ozspy system already installed, the accounts manager Brooke could not have been more helpful in giving me advice to unbind the system from the previous owner, as well as all the technical manuals and assistance required to operate the system. There are a few firms out there providing this equipment but you would be hard pressed to find any that have customer service anywhere near as good as Ozspy.
