A year ago I would have given them 5 stars. Once Kevin left I haven't been happy with their service. Takes too long to email questions back. They got my BAS wrong. The account I saw after Kevin retired always seemed to not be sure of the software. Doesn't install confidence so am moving on from them sadly.

Kevin is a very knowledgeable tax consultant. His excellent service was very professional, efficient and friendly. Me and my wife’s tax returns were completed quickly and very efficiently. He explained everything related to the tax return clearly and also provided valuable advice. We are very happy with his service and highly recommended.

Unprofessional data entry team, not accountants. Rushed out of the door, wasn't listened to when asked questions. The lady consulting me was being trained as they did my return. Don't waste your money here.
