My wife and I thank the staff at Hornsby railway station. They are very friendly and helpful and always with a smile. They see a need and come to address it straightaway.

It's a busy station. A lot of people change trains here. A bit old, but kept relatively clean.

My daughter left her AirPod case on the train at Gordon. Registered lost property and the same afternoon was contacted by Hornsby Train station to say the had located it.Thank you. Great service. Really appreciated the fast response to something we assumed we wouldn’t see agsin.

Big train station with six platforms. Bus station is right beside the station. Station is clean and pleasant. All bill boards are working and updating on time. Staff is available on platforms and ticket berths

Trains going to MQ university pass every 15 min. Trains to central are also very accessible and nice. Restrooms are no very clean but they work. Staff are nice.

This is a good train station servicing the needs of the area. Well located near buses, shops, library abd parking. Clean. Lifts abd stairs provide access to the platforms. Medium size convenience store located om the west end of the concourse.

Hornsby Train Station is a top transport hub that is well laid out an ran by incredible people.You have lots of trains, the staff are really good and it's very accessible to both New Hornsby" and "Old Hornsby".There is also a nice ground and an ANZAC Memorial outside and more giving it a bit of charm from another era.Great hub
