I am so used to Bunnings in Clarkson- this place is a shocking disgrace in comparison- limited products are understandable due to the size… but customer service is appalling- I am so shocked by the rudeness of the the older female staff on site! They look incredibly “busy” for a tiny store - there are always plenty of staff around but often in the back stocking things or having big chats to each other. Very unhelpful and sometimes dismissive. I have met like two competent staff members in the last few months! No idea what the management of this store is like but maybe they should visit other stores! I actually drive to Innaloo or Mindarie now!

I've been here a few times now, the store itself is small with mainly basic necessities, car park doesn't have too many spaces, but it's really handy when you need something and the staff there are really helpful, would definitely recommend for smaller jobs.

When are you customers going to learn that you OWE US at Bunnings a living and not the other way around. If you don't like it there are other hardware stores around who can't give you what we do - lowest prices, widest range and best service. So there!

It’s a small Bunnings and I generally have no issues with any Bunnings but there didn’t have any Jarrah timber that I needed to fix a bathroom window, had to trek all the way to Innaloo. The staff weren’t very knowledgeable so I really got no help from them. Personally, I’d never go to this store again as I could never be sure if they stocked what I needed, may as well go to a big Bunnings store rather than waste my time making 2 trips.

I must give them 5 stars!Yesterday we went there , after paying the bill my wallet was left there somewhere! I just realized that I lost my wallet , then I phoned to them , what lucky is they found it and collected it at the counter ! So appreciate that got it back before they get off work！All the cards and cash stay there !Grateful all ！

Used to work here years ago and still love reading the reviews of people whinging that it’s a small store with limited stock. Did you not see that it’s small from the outside??? literally what did you expect? Please use your critical thinking skills :)

Big thanks to the female staff member who today - in serious heat - helped me locate exactly what I needed within just a few moments of me walking in, then assisted me at checkout, plus loading it into my car.Much appreciated! Glad to have OP Bunnings nearby.

The lady at the front counter that processed my refund so efficiently and was very pleasant. Unfortunately there wasn't stock of what I was after, but i did go to our local store where online it said low stock. So couldn't be helped.

Although it’s a small store so a limited range it’s more like your old corner hardware store but still prices to reflect there buying power. Great staff always friendly
