I have used Sonny for years at both my personal house and in a commercial environment as well. Sonny knows his stuff and takes time and care to ensure he explains what is happening and how he is rectifying it.Sonny is very knowledge, I had an ant issue this issue with all the water and humidity from La Nina and he came to the rescue. I reached out to him a week after he came as I still was seeing some ants and he came back and did some more work and then called me every few days to check that the ants were going away. The ant issue was resolved and Sonny showed his strength and great customer commitment in getting this fixed for me.He's fees are very competitive and he shows up on time :)

Sonny was very professional, punctual and transparent. He explained the process of looking for termites, showed the results as he went along to different areas, demonstrated exactly where termites were present and wrote up a detailed report of his findings. He likewise explained the options for eradication and the process involved. He came back a few weeks after treatment to verify that the termites were no longer present. He was very detailed and transparent in his work.
