They have really amazing sturdy bikes which work perfectly fine in for the Jervis coastal tour. Also the customer service team is very friendly and polite.

Great service, even though it was on a public holiday, they still have staff available and service with a smile. They are very friendly and willing to go extra miles to show you how to get around the area. Bad experience with this company. Everything goes well for booking, but you need to be there before 1pm to pick up your bikes, and the return process is on the same style. They assume that it’s the way to maintain low prices. Why not but teuf prices are not so low… 50 aus$\day is not a discount price….Last but not least, I gently asked to return my 3 bikes 1 day before (2 rental days instead of 3) because of difficulty for my wife and daughter to climb the hard slope of Vincentia with these only 3 gear heavy bikes.I thought that I could be a normal commercial courtesy, especially since their store was full this WE due to huskisson triathlon.They answered me:” sorry that you haven’t read our conditions”…..I know how to read, many thanks….This company is like many more which have few competitors around.A little shame in a so nice place….@Jbr: please, this is an advice, not a question, don’t take time to answer me, you had the opportunity to do so last week.Best regardsPhilippe Carceller

$40 to hire beach bike for a day, $50 for a mountain bike. Helmet included. Personally I'd take your own helmet if you have one, or take something to disinfect them with as they are shared. They have a tandem, which sounds romantic, but personally I think 2 bikes is more fun. They provide locks. They let you lock the bikes there if you are out late past their closing time. There's a cycle way along the beach and past that a fun dirt track. It's all nice and easy riding and lots of fun. The person there was super friendly helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this for a date, or fun with friends or your kids.

I made a reservation and payment for 2 bikes through website, which was really easy and convenient. Lilian was super nice and the bike route she recommended was perfect (nice bike road to Huskisson). No regret to hire bikes in this shop, actually one of the best decision !!

Easy to book online, friendly staff and enjoyed the cruise along the beach on the bike! Other than getting swooped by magpies lol

Terrible service company that didn't even want to seem to love customers business, wanted to hire some bikes for a few hours, called on several occasions no answer before 1pm, only to call again at 1.15pm and they said we are shut. Tried the next day only wanted bikes for a few hours, but they would not budge saying they only booked for the whole day. So its the same price for 1 hours, 2 hours, 6 hours or 8 hours.Terrible customer service, would have loved to have given them some business, but they didn't want to budge an inch, so got nothing, instead of almost getting the same rate, but they wouldn't negotiate.

Fantastic bike ride along an easy, mostly flat path with stunning views of white sand beaches and turquoise ocean - beautiful! It was a little difficult booking the bikes in terms of communication, but all got sorted in the end. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was also very helpful to get a map and locks for the bikes. It would have been also helpful if the staff had double-checked the bikes for us before we headed off (one seat was loose and two bells didn't work), but it was not too big a drama. Lovely experience and highly recommended!

Great bike hire experience. We called Lillian and she was really helpful - we picked up 8 bicycles before 1pm. We got a range of cruisers, mountain bikes and a tandem. Nice way to explore the area.
