Bought 2 bottle of whisky through online I thought that’s the fastest way of shopping but I was wrong. They hold me around 15 minutes on the counter just verify that I’m the right person. Show them everything ID, email, order no on app to prove I’m the actual person who place order. At the last they ask me we gonna ring on your phone to verify last option. That was awful experience. Even the staff on counter was busy with their chitchat.

I ordered a box of beers online which stated they were in stock at Caroline Springs. Then I received a phone saying they were not in stock and I said that's fine I'm happy to wait. Then I received an email later that day saying they were in stock and ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the store, I was again informed that they were out of stock. After driving home again, I received another call saying they had found them and I could come collect them.I picked them up the following day and asked if there was anything else they could offer me as recompense for stuffing me around, they flatly refused and didn't even offer me an apology.
