Bought a gift card without realising it was only redeemable at the Toowoomba store. The gift card was for a friend on the Sunshine Coast. I called up and was offered no help and no return option. It would be helpful in the future for the employees to communicate that gift cards are only redeemable in the store they are bought from as this is not usual for gift cards.ADDING ON:Thank you to ringers western who contacted me to sort the situation out and hopefully my bad experience can help improve others. I’m bumping my 2 star review up to a 4 star based on ringers management reaching out to help me.

I rang up to place an order over the phone and Brooke was so helpful. I was really quite impressed with the level of service I received just to get a few work shirts. Highly recomend these guys!
