A massive shout out to the team at Vodafone Belconnen. We were helped by Christian who is new to the team but still handled our requests very efficiently. His customer service was excellent and made a usually quite arduous task quite enjoyable. Chrisitan's manager (I'm sorry, I didn't get your name) guided Christian brilliantly through a new task, gave him the time to process and respond to instructions, remained patient and supported and answered his questions. Patient management are a rare breed these days so well done to you both!

Went into the store and spoke with a nice man called Lobsang. He was very respectful and polite in helping place an order because there was no stock. Service was quick, friendly and knowledgeble. He even called other stores and worked out the smoothest journey to secure the product.

Was greet by a staff and asked how can he help me. Then I said I'm looking for a 7-day plan then his face was full of surprise...showing somewhat like a disappointment. The rest was terrible customer service as his voice was not loud enough and I had to keep asking what he was telling me.

I had just been to this store , there were two awsome guys sam and christian who helped me to port in my number from another provider and also activated the sim and inserted the sim to my mobile. Very helpfull team ! keep up the good work !
