We had to get our carpet replaced & the day it was finally supposed to be done, the two contractors were lazy & rude, & kept making excuses as to not to do the job. Trying to solve it we were met with a rude treatment over the phone.

Rude girl on the floor who wasnt very helpful and couldn't answer any questions. Much better to go a few meters down the road to choice flooring where they are friendly, have historical product knowledge for matching old floating floors with new, and are nicer.

Would have preferred NO stars but this was not an option. JW quoted on an unusual job for us, wood flooring on top of an internal lift. They decided not to proceed with the job and did not have the decency to contact us and say they could not / would not do it ! We live around the corner and had hoped to use a local service. Cannot be more disappointed. Will not approach them for anything again.

Charging overly extra without providing picture of furniture had to be removed.Clearly told them at the beginning if you need to move any furniture I expect you provide picture but without any proof just added extra arms and legs to the invoice.Given them option to proof but they still said , it is what it is.Simply too greedy
