Canopy4u is not a company I would suggest anyone to get involved with and if i could place zero stars I would.- Firstly their delivery promise was late and once received the product box was opened and damaged.- Secondly not being able to have a showroom is not great as customers are purchasing blind and can't see the product before purchasing, I purchased a product ($475 worth) which is not fit for purpose and can not be used, I have been trying to contact Leisa or Scott the managers of Canopy4u to request a refund but neither one of them will return any of my calls or messages. This is the first place I have purchased an item online which does not allow refunds; eBay, Amazon, Gumtree and even Facebook Market Place provide their buyers possibilities to refund their products if they are not what they expect.I'm disappointed with the purchase and very very disappointed of unprofessionalism Canopy4u are, they don't even have the courtesy to contact or return call their customers requests.If anyone is wanting to purchase an item from them I will suggest you think twice, they take your money and run and when ever you have issues like wanting to return they don't have the courtesy to assist you.I will be submitting a complaints with Consumers Affairs and Fair Trading to investigate this business.

Great business to deal with. Canopy packed well and freight charge was good and delivery was quick . The canopy is fantastic and l now have a dry front door. The tradie who put it up was very impressed with the product. Thanks for you service.
