School Locker – North Lakes

I made 5 calls in 4 weeks, spoke to different people and was given different answers with false promises. No on bothers to call back and upon calling to check again they lie that they only got the information now. They put you hold for long time and don’t answer what I asked, instead staff member goes away on holiday, misplace information. Pathetic service, false promises and no follow up.

Absolutely lovely and friendly staff, ready to help but not pushy or in-your-face, just happy to hang nearby in case you have questions while you're shopping. Fast checkout, lovely staff, and excellent range.

No two staff members can tell you same story. Rang the store and a lady said they had stock. Went in person and found stock was due in a week's time. Was told to order online, but you couldn't because the items were out of stock and thus blanked out. After a week of ringing, I was told one had to preorder in-store. Received an sms to say some items had arrived. Couldn't take my credit card over the phone as we were out of town. Couldn't pay online as items still blanked out. Suggested I transfer money to someone else and get them to come in and pay. It's 2023. To add insult to injury, on average, it took 14 calls per day to get someone to answer the phone. When I filled out a contact us on their website as an alternative, I was told by someone called Erin that they recently relocated and the phones didn't currently work. Outright lie, the shop has been in the same location 2016.

Always friendly, They really know their stuff. Great prices. Neat and tidy well merchandised.

Just rubbish. Unfortunately people have to buy from this mob for school uniforms.Placed an online order 2 wks prior to school starting- they substituted a size for a smaller one. Which didn’t fit. They don’t answer their phones ever- so you can call to resolve the issue (or check if they have any stock in certain sizes). Ordered a pair of thongs at the same time they never arrived- I was charged for them however and on the order it was marked as ‘outstanding’.Could I get hold of anyone to find out where they were? NO. I attended in store- they told me they were coming from Townsville. A month later still haven’t arrived. Still can’t get through to any stores. So I will have to go in AGAIN to find out where they are or to get a refund.Very poor communication! Won’t buy anything else apart from uniforms that we’re forced to buy here, in the future.

THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THE APPLE SUPPORT STOREWent in to the closest store (north lakes), my sons laptop’s screen became faulty. WE BOTH (technician) and myself looked over the screen, and we both were UNABLE to feel or locate an actual CRACK. As I was sitting with my son as his screen went blank. After we both COULD NOT find a crack or a compromise in the screen, he asked to TAKE THE LAPTOP out the back to make a phone call. upon this technicians return, he straight away says - THERE IS A NOTICEABLE CRACK, ‘see right here’ I was blown away, as we both WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE (this will all be recorded by THEIR CCTV, as the camera is right there) a crack, yet, when he took my property away behind a closed door, he comes back out with a crack, he was UNABLE to locate with all parties present.. as soon, as I started to question, ‘what did you do to the screen?’ The man (technician) was very rude and defensive and told me to take my device and leave… Trying to make me feel as I had done something wrong. GO TO THE APPLE STORE IF YOU REQUIRE HELP, THIS IS JUST TOO DODGY, and that ‘technician’ has no idea. Didn’t even give us an option to ‘pay’ for a repair. Just stated ‘we can’t do anything, as it doesn’t fall under the warranty category’ and asked me again, to take my device and leave…… VERY UPSET, and will be seeking advice as to what steps I can take!

Very nice and friendly environment. We have been impressed when we bought school shoes how helpful and professional the staff was. You don't get this in a shoe shop.

Wonderfully helpful staff. Seem to constantly have issues with stock though. Can be really stressful trying to kit your kids out in the right uniforms when you're waiting over 6 or more months for stock to come in.
