Be very wary of their professional marketing and demeanour, Kym is lovely and was our property manager for a long time before Matt took over and the service and experience was very negative when he took over. Passive aggressive, not very knowledgeable in the real estate laws that the RTA outline on their website and when I called them. Very happy to be out of that rental, lucky got our bond back but not before Matt tried to take most of it for fabricated invoices and damages.

The O'Neill team have been fantastic in looking after our rental property in Toowong. Their management and advice on tenants have been greatly appreciated.

From a renter’s perspective, ONeill’s have been the best agency I’ve ever rented through. Genuine care for tenants is hard to come by but we had great experiences with ONeill’s. Kym went above and beyond to help us secure the property we really wanted, and Matt was a very caring and diligent property manager, even dropping off a present for my dog when the owners accepted adding him to the lease! Byrony also went out of her way to remind the builders to be diligent closing the gate as she knew I had a dog on the property and saw the gate open while driving by. We have loved renting through ONeill’s and would highly recommend them, particularly for pet owners

I had a great experience, you hear so many horror stories about property managers and I had none of that. They made my renting experience a really positive one. For the whole year I was renting, my property manager was very helpful if I needed anything, my whole move in and move out process was seamless. Unfortunately I had to break my lease for personal reasons and they were so helpful through this process, even with helping me find a bond cleaner who did a great job. I mostly dealt with Cheryl and Kym at the time, I can’t recommend these guys enough.
