Purchased faulty beauty machine 6 months ago, owner refuses to do anything about it and is waiting for me to go away, I can promise you Carlie Draeger (owner) I will not stop pursuing you to do the right thing. I am entitled by law to receive what was advertised in full working order.Carlie has never once contacted me with regards to rectifying the situation and when I have contacted her she is rude, gaslights you, blames you, lies or makes ridiculous claims. Never have I dealt with such a diabolical woman in an industry that I have been in for 35 years.Please make sure you read all the bad reviews on this business before you purchase, this woman does not deserve your custom and will not act in good faith. Carlie if you feel the need to state that we have never done business together, like you have to other reviewers, I will post the receipt and our conversations from your mobile to this forum and every other avenue within the beauty Industry.EDIT to reply to your response.Carlie not once have you mentioned to send machine back, even when asked many times as to how we proceed to rectify the situation, am I expected to pay another $170 postage to return faulty machine ? when I'm already out of pocket $1670.As far as personal or defamatory comments, I have done nothing more than state facts on how business has been conducted thus far, I was advised by small biz ombudsman to post reviews, certainly wish I had taken the time to read them. You have my number if you would like to discuss this before I progress to small claims.

I was a little dubious to begin with as first appointment and they were running late and I had no idea what who or when I’d be seen; so I began reading google reviews-bad ones first of course! The service I received was actually free as it was supervised training and was they did an amazing job! Rarely when I’ve paid for this service have I received anywhere near the attention to detail that I experienced here! In addition I’d like to say I was so impressed with their classes (small - one on one or two on one training) and it was evident of the quality results being received of the other ladies receiving other services. Thanks so much Carla and team. I hope to see you again very soon!

Please be aware of this company!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I hadve read these reviews before going ahead with training and purchasing supplies here!!!They mucked up the day of my training after having had it odganised for monthsCouldn't send me my kit in time for the training even though we live a 30 minute drive away and I paid for postage 3 weeks priorTried to make me do the training without the kitI then wanted to purchase a product from them that they had been marketing as a semi permanent lip stain- I went into the shop watched a demo and then the staffed picked out all of the products for meAbout 2 weeks later- after me marketing this product all over my business social media and selling over $2000 worth of treatments to clients- all of which had messaged me telling me it didn't work- I got in contact with salon supplies educator Carla who told me that she was having the same issue. I then spoke to the owner who told me that's not the product I brought and the one I was actually after hadn't arrived in the country yet.After weeks and weeks of debate she said I could send the product back for a refund in which I didI contacted her today and she said that because the products have been used that I won't be getting a refund? She knew they were used as I had been selling the service to many many clients using this product WHICH WAS THE WRONG PRODUCT- even though she had originally told me it's fine if I return it because they will use it for the students.She will now not give me my certificates which I have been asking for for nearly 3 months. I completed a course and was checked off and told my work couldn't be faulted but she is refusing to send me my certificates even though I have paid and completed the course!Carlie the owner is the most rude business owner I have ever dealt with. I can't believe this has happened to me and I really hope that If your considering purchasing from here you go through somewhere else unless you want hassle, poor customer service and your goods to never arrive.I am disgusted.Poor poor poor business structure.

Extremely bad and totally unprofessional service. If there was a option for a zero star I would have given them a 0 star.I have ordered reception desk from them and they charged me $280 for delivery. The delivery guy came without proper delivery truck and by himself. Luckily my husband was home so he helped him to take the big box down from the truck. And then he left the big box on my pathway, he damaged my newly constructed house pathway. And left the box just outside half on pathway and half on my newly installed lawn.He said he will not put the box inside the salon. And when I talked to there office their manager Khyley said we don't deliver item inside.I have never heard anyone delivering your order leaving big box in metal frame outside.I asked the menager to take it bake and refund my money and she said they don't refund.This is ridicules service I have ever in my life.I have setup three salons and everyone delivered all the items inside.

Rude. Condescending. They will blame their own mistakes on you the customer. They’re very hard to deal with. They will lie to you saying things have been sorted out when they have not been. They say they will call back but never do. All their stock is cheap equipment from China - you get better customer service from alibarber the Chinese wholesaler they buy their stock off (at a fraction of the price)

Absolutely disgusted by the lies told by the director Carlie , nothing but lies and avoiding us , sold off glue told refund was comming on 3 different occasions, glue has a shelf life of 12 months printed clearly on the bottle, carlie lies and says it’s 2 years. Spoke to Kylie on a few occasions and even she said she’s disgusted at having to pass on lies on behalf of the director Carlie . Stay away from this business, it’s a disgrace to the industry , shame on you

BE AWARE: NO EXCHANGES (for wrong purchases)... to anyone! I was told even if you work in the trade...Calling in after Covid to see if a wrong purchase could be changed to another product plus wanting to re-order other products purchased on the day, I was told from a very rude yet direct Manager ( Carlie) that NO I couldn't change it.I explained I wasn't a hairdresser and wasn't told any of the refund policy she was putting forward and she disregarded any feedback I had to offer.My one and only experience was that, they didn't care about what I was purchasing but how much I was spending on the day...which was $96.85.I also explained that I've already got a bottle of the same product left to why she said - how do I know I hadn't used the one I was trying to exchange.Her care for her new customers is disgusting...She had no empathy on the phone and pure disregard for my purchase of $30, saying it was only $10 when it wasn't.She kept using the Covid19 regulations for the excuse for no exchange and no matter what more I could say she had no regard for my side of things.I would think twice in supporting this business at this time....

I know I have to leave a review, as I was absolutely amazed at the service I received from Salon Supplies and Furniture. The reason for this; I had made the wrong decision with my purchase and after reading a couple of negative reviews that this business received- I wasn’t expecting them to do much about it;) however- they went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied and given exceptional service. Kylie was an absolute angel and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back in the future and recommending every chance I get. Thank you- Keep doing what you do ❤️❤️❤️

Terrible Service. Kylie was extremely deceiving. Told us she said that the delivery was to the door - They are not a removals service". Would be fine even if it was just to the door but when the delivery driver asks if someone is there to help carry 200kg worth of salon chairs they couldn't deliver it to the door by themselves. She also told us that we would be getting the delivery at latest late November. It was delivered yesterday. She told us it would be arriving Thursday and we called the delivery company (who were wonderful) and they said no it had been on track from delivery for Friday for the whole time. Absolutely useless service and will never be going there again. Wish we read the reviews first
