What a great experience! I live in Sydney and ordered a pair of sale shoes from the website just before Christmas, and with current delays, courier issues, Xmas etc I was not expecting to receive them until much much later. Was super surprised to get them right before Christmas - beautifully packaged and with a hand-written note! Such a lovely touch! Super fast service - thank you so much!!!!
