City Subaru Service

These guys are hopeless. They have had my car on two separate occasions in the last month and somehow when I get the car back from them it is in worse condition that when it was given to them. I have been billed thousands of dollars for nothing. I have left five messages for someone to ring me and I have had no response.

Nik and his team are exceptional. They are deeply committed to attaining the best outcome for their customers. Throughout my whole experience with City Subaru, open and honest communication was the cornerstone of their approach. My car is good as new - I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thanks guys.

Why do we make the 100k trip from the Sunshine Coast to have our Subaru serviced at City Subaru? Simply because they offer a genuine commitment to the best customer service.

Always very efficient when getting my car serviced. It is always great to be able to get a loan car so you don't have to rely on someone to go with you to get home.

Rubbish, got overcharged, little to no communication. Received partial receipt/invoice which didn't balance back to what I paid. Called multiple times to query only to have an email sent to the service department, you never get to actually talk to anyone in service. Will look at other Subaru centres as long as there not run by the same group.

I think I was talking to Abby - the reception lady who helped me booked a Subaru service regards to Takata Airbag Recall.Abby was so professional, super friendly and helpful throughout the whole booking process. Completely 100% hassle free, knowing my Subaru is getting the Airbag's restriction lifted this coming Wednesday.Tbh, I have been calling all other Subaru Dealers and they all talked to you like they can't be f***. And luckily, Abby was able to get me the earliest appointment available and was so patient with all the questions/ multiple phone calls.Looking forwards to my service this week.Again, thank you so much for your friendly customer service. Really appreciate it !

Friendly and helpful people. Organised Uber home and rang up when car was finished offering an Uber ride back.

Brought in my car as its engine was audibly knocking, and was also due for an intervalled service - the car was booked in for this service interval, with the urgency of the engine knocking taking precedence.Upon picking up the car, their service manager advised that the engine was basically kaput/done for, and would require at least a short block rebuild... all while conducting the full service at the same time, without even contacting me prior.One would think that a major mechanical issue like this would not warrant the servicing, but they proceeded anyway.After getting the runaround and being invoiced for the unnecessary service, their manager tells me they will get back to me with a quote for a replacement short block. I give them a few weeks to email or call to discuss - long story short, they spend a further few weeks avoiding my phone calls chasing them up (i.e. hiding behind their reception/admin) and also avoiding a website/email enquiry on this same matter.I understand they simply did not want to undertake a repair of this magnitude, however the courtesy of a jacked up/inflated quote or even made up lead times would have fared better than this kind of customer service.

Got another vehicle from Josh and the team from city Subaru. The WRX is a really nice car to drive and good value for money. Once again thank Josh for your time and good knowledge of this vehicle and the team for keeping us up to date on when the car was getting manufactured and delivered to the dealership.
