As always the staff.....when you can find them were very helpful and very knowledgeable. One staff member (new to bunnings by a day)didn't know the answer to my question so called someone who was able to help. I do wish bunnings would employ more staff at times

An improvement they could make is to lay the two stores in the Launceston area in the same way, so searching for things is easier!

This particular store is the Bunnings version of IGA vs Woolworths/Coles.It stocks a base line of products, but if you want choice and variety… best go to the other store which is only 10 min drive away

This store is s so annoying trying to buy a swing for my grandson other lady was no help whatsoever walk-off left us with a swing on the top-shelf where we couldn't get it ended up for the young man in the barbecue section helped us, lady was just plain rude didn't want to be there did wanna help,, great to see the staff enjoying there day standing round talking to each other had to literally go out of my way to get round them ,, nothing like the other store

My husband and I were in Bunnings at kings meadow trying to work out our needs for two small kitchens for our cabins.....when Matthew stepped up and was patient, asked questions and listened to us. He had the right answers and knowledge to help us understand the kitchen system. Thankyou Matthew for your time and patience.

The blond/ white haired lady who served us at the tool centre was rude and sarcastic. She is unfit to be in customer service from start to finish it was the worst interaction I've ever had. We couldn't scan a giftcard so when she asked me to read out the barcode letters i did using phonetic alphabet to which she said you can stop telling me in words I know the alphabet' and then ended the interaction with a sarcastic "thanks for making this so easy". Jeff was next to her watched her poor customer service and said nothing. Truly nasty and antagonist from when we said hello how are you."
