My wife and I have just returned from the aware super honeysuckle office Newcastle. Our appointment was at 9am. When we arrived we were informed that the appointment had been cancelled. We had received no warning of this cancellation! We were then told, first that all advisors were busy, then that non were there! One of these statements must be untrue. We could not even book a replacement appointment at that time. WE were informed that we would be contacted by the office tomorrow to sort something out. Seems that aware super is totally unaware of customer service. Maybe they just do not want my wife as a member!!. If I could rate their performance this morning as a zero I would.

Pity you can't rate this super fund a zero for customer service because that's what they deserve!. You call customer service and due to extensive delays in wait time due to high customer demand, I was cut off on 3 occasions. When I finally got through to a customer service officer, she told me it would take 5 days to get approval to email me a current statement. 5 days!!! Anyway they unexpectedly sent me an email and of course it's from last year and not the current period. You cannot access statements on their app. which is never working because it is being updated. :(

The level of customer service is extremely bad, Aware Super has upgraged? its web page but it does not work. For a week my wife has been attempting to make a lump sum withdrawal but the online system does not work (it will not accept medicare card for ID) and the option to use a paper form has been withdrawn. Numerous attemtps at phone contact failed we have waited up to an hour and no one answering. Is there anyne home in their call centre?
