I recency dealt with Derrick Brown regarding our land sale in Officer. What a pleasant experience it has been. Derrick went above and beyond to resolve our land deal. Absolutely would recommend his services to anyone.Derrick is honest and very helpful with great communication. My wife and I are glad we found him and grateful for his services.

The only worst real estate I have ever dealt with in my life. Tenants are not treated fair.Staff is very unprofessional and has very bad attitude. If you are renting with them they will try to unnecessarily trouble you.22 days after vacating the property I was contently chasing for my bond return and it only moved forward after I prepared to take it to VCAT.During my tenancy every time I reported an issue was told Landlord would contact me and was ignored 90% of the time.If I would have checked this agency's previous reviews, which clearly explains what they are, would never have rented through them.Advise to tenants who are currently leasing with them, make an early attempt to reach out to VCAT if you want to avoid unwanted suffering.

We have bought and sold property with Steve Hobson from Gerard Collins. From being on both sides I can definitely recommend him for the professionalism, honesty and ability to be able to be fair with both sides but still get the required result. I recently purchased my first block of land with sales assistant Cooper. Cooper is very friendly and showed genuine interest in assisting to find land. Cooper made the entire process stress free and kept on top of everything. Cooper always had swift responses and was very professional. I highly recommend Cooper and the team at Gerard Collins.

My partner and myself were renting a house in Pakenham until our new house was built. Worst experience ever by the Real estate agent.The Property manager of the house we were in was extremely rude a threatening towards my partner and myself at any time she was contacted- We were accused of being needy for asking for our oven and Aircon to be fixed as they both never worked from the day we moved in- would take months to get essential appliances fixed in the house if they even ever got fixed- was told us that if we keep putting in requests for things to be fixed then we will not be getting a good reference for future ( we had requested the oven, dishwasher and Aircon to be fixed as they did work at all- Would only allowed pets if they were to be kept outside. We could not have pets outside unattended as the back fence had fallen down. After we said we would have to go to VCAT over this as we could not have a little sausage dog outside with the fence fallen down. We got a response “you can have the dog inside but the owners are not very happy with you”-We received a email stating that we would have to remove dumbed rubbish that was left behind the garage. When I emailed back explaining that it was left with the previous tenants . I was told that it was not left by previous tenants and if I did not remove it then we would be charged removing fees. (Lucky I looked in the agreement we had when we moved in and seen it had said in the agreement that there was rubbish left from previous tenants and I had photos from the day we moved in)- was also told but the property manager when I asked why she was being so rude “I don’t work for you I work for the owner of the property”-We decided to move out and never rent again because of not wanting to deal with the rudeness. When we received the moving out charges there is some numbers that don’t make sense to us and when we called to ask the property manager to explain the changes. It was refused and hung up on.There was so meany other things that was done to made us feel uncomfortable by the property manager. Over all we found out property manager extremely rude and difficult to deal with.I would not recommend being a tenant with this company.
