Kip Hunter Valley Pet Resort

Everyone was so lovely here, from drop off to pick up. It’s never fun having to drop your doggo off overnight but we got a really good vibe from the place. It’s clean and tidy on property. We received a video update even though he was only there for one night and it made our day. The next time we are in the Hunter, we will absolutely be booking our Ro Ro into Kip Resort.

Kip really look after your four-legged children. We get daily videos and photos of our boy while he is there, the overnight rooms look comfortable, especially for animals that are used to inside habitats. Highly recommend!

We loved that we received regular updates and videos about our cat, so that we could see that he was happy and healthy. The staff are animal lovers, so we felt that our cat was in good hands for the entire stay. Thanks again!

I have no words except 5 stars!!! Teddy had a long stay at Kip. We were so worried because he’s never been in boarding before this. He’s also very dog reactive because of his background as a rescue. The team were absolutely incredible, I felt so assured. We received photos & videos each and every day we were in Europe. It made us feel so calm & allowed us to actually enjoy our holiday more knowing that he was well taken care of. Thank you so much to the incredible team! We are so appreciative. Their taxi service was amazing & Teddy was dropped off so happy and healthy. I will be recommending Kip Hunter Valley to all my friends & family :)

I cannot fault Kip hunter valley, I had such a wonderful experience that I now tell everyone i know with a pet about how well it went. Honestly I am just so thankful and pleased! Firstly, I had done a lot of research for pet stays for my cat, I was going overseas for 19 days and was worried about how my cat would be and the attention he would get. I initially booked in with a place in south Sydney but changed my mind after reading some alarming reviews. Super straight forward to book him in and add all extra information you need. The morning of my cat being picked up to go to Kip hunter valley only cemented that i made the right decision, the guy that picked him up was super friendly, called on his way and Kip even provided a cat carrier as i called beforehand because mine had broken the day before. Every day I was provided with a video update on my cat, who I could tell was very happy and very calm. He LOVED to interreact with his carers which is a big thing for him as he is no an affectionate or very interactive cat. Every video I received absolutely made my day as my cat was just so happy. My flight was delayed so I emailed to change my return date to a day later as I didn’t think I would be home in time for drop off. Not only were Kip super helpful they had him stay an extra day and it was no problem. This was such an ease for me as communicating overseas can be very stressful and I was worried my cat would be returned and I may still be on the flight. I am just really pleased with the whole experience, I will 1000% be using Kip again on my next holiday. Thank you so much for all you did Kip!

We were very happy with the care provided by Kip Hunter Valley. The staff were very caring and communication was fantastic. Loved seeing the daily video updates. Our dogs came home healthy and happy. The pick up and drop off service was also reliable and convenient. I would highly recommend Kip Hunter Valley and will be using them again in the future. Toby and Humphrey love staying at Kip. They get all excited and waggy as soon as they come along the road. Thank you - it makes us going away so much easier.

Great place to home your kitty while you're on holiday, Charley has had two stays here and 100% had no problems. You get sent a video every day we loved that extra touch as we were missing him

Beautiful place very friendly and caring staff, my dogs had a great time going for walks and meeting and playing with other doggies this was my first time leaving them behind so I did a lot of research on dog boarding and KIP was the best by far, happy with the team that took care of them and happy to recommend it for any one that loves their pet as much as I do!
