I have been to this store a handful of times when I have been in the area and twice now I have come across one of the sweetest staff members! I can’t recall her name sadly but she had short red hair and braces. I was having a really bad day on one occasion a few weeks ago and I striked up a chat with her and just the warmth and kindness she exuded alone made my day! I was also 50 cents short and about to Burst out crying because my day was already going horribly but this girl went into her own purse and got out 50 cents so I could pay for my items. She most certainly didn’t have to do that but she did and such a simple act of kindness has left a huge impact on me and why weeks later I am leaving this review. You did a great thing hiring her! Absolute stellar customer service!!! I will definitely be back in the future because of her and also because of how immaculately kept the store is too. 10/10

Terrible Service by staff. immature female insulted me. I would to share my very bad experience of a staff female of this fuel pump who treated me like racist. I never had this kind of bad experience with any one like this. I request to BP Head Office and pump owner to check cameras of 22/06/2019 around 6.30pm. I visited fuel station to fill fuel and I forget my purse at home. I was having cash but it was only $5 short. I requested at the reception to give me 15 mnts so that I can bring money from home. she told me if I will leave premises she is calling police. I left the premises and I was back in 15 mnts to pay her she was not giving me receipt of the money I paid to her already and she said I cant give you receipt. I dialed emergency police number then police talked on the reception and she was lying to the police as well. she explained to police wrongly. I request to Head office to look into this matter.

I mostly go here for the car wash. But there are times it's out of order. The BP car washes aren't perfect but good if your time is limited

I caught an Uber on Friday night the 25th February to buy some milk. When I arrived at 10 minutes past 10pm it was closed. The attendant would not open the door and I had no charge on my phone. This is meant to be a 24 hour servo. I knocked and no response from the attendant. I had to walk 5 kilometres home as my phone died. Nice job BP- You petrol prices are fare too high.

Terrible service on 1/07/2016, 10:28pm. pump 5. It was cold out there, I parked and went to fuel my car. the staff see me but still leave his station and walking towards door. I shout at him to get his attention to turn on the pump. He wasn't happy. After I finished and went to pay, I am not happy but I explain I shout at him because I am cold and I don't want to wait that long. He argue he have to count the newspaper after the deliver guys left. I said service your customer is your priority and you can always count the paper later. he have nothing to say.THEN what WORSE happy is before I leave, he speak a F word in this mouth. I wasn't happy and question him. The worst fuel staff ever seen. Owner if you check the video you will see the whole story.

Used the automatic car wash, the equipment scratched my car on the rear left door all the way till the gas inlet. It was my new car and I even asked the staff member if it was safe to use it.Not recommended at all!

Nice clean service station that has a nifty air pump, the ones that you dial up the pressure and it stops when it reaches the desired level.

Stopped by for a petrol and some snacks for my kids... got a handful of stuff in my hand and wait to be checked out.. and wait ... mean while the staff is chatting with someone in his language and lets customers wait and wait...Asked for paper bag for my stuff and was told no bag...Nice job BP
