I had the best experience from a lovely lady Rosalinda and another lovely lady near the pharmacy counter (sorry I didnt catch her name) - before today I had never used this pharmacy but I will hands down always be coming back now thanks to the lovely customer service

Had been a regular customer to this Pharmacy since last 6 years , today 18/11/2021 @ 10:00am morning went to ask for witness signing a document, treated very badly and rudely with one of the lady near prescriptions counter, understand they are busy but being rude to your customer not going to help other customers. Requested them this is important and only 4 documents to be witnessed. Looks like they really don’t care about their customer, got rude reply saying people are busy with prescriptions, please remember everyone jobs is busy either you are serving or customer coming for Help. Thank You Chemist Discount Centre – LYNBROOK for not helping me and being very very rude, this lost my faith in your customer service. Sorry you lost one of your regular customers and got my Job done at another pharmacy and that to with free service with great customer service, they don’t rip like you do. . .

I needed to find a pharmacy that would allow me to order online and deliver my prescription medications and my over the counter purchases to my home quickly and inexpensively. I found CDC Lynbrook close to my home and spoke to Steven about my needs. He assured me they could organize everything I needed by purchasing through their website, but I was floored when everything I ordered arrived at my door barely a few hours later that day, with no missing items, brand substitutions, annoying questions or clarifications, or any other hassles (and my place is NOT easy to find, almost every delivery driver has trouble with it!). So thank you SO much Steven and the CDC Lynbrook team! You will be my regular pharmacy from now on! <3

Went here for a covid shot. Booking over the phone was seamless and there was an appointment available at short notice even on a Sunday afternoon.Staff member took care of me very well and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

A reminder to the female cashier working there for an evening shift that next time don't throw customers purchase onto the desk and learn to show respect. If she doesn't like her job she should look for a new one maybe that's why she's there in the first place.

I was a regular customer of this pharmacy cuz it’s near by. Today I went to buy a baby Thermometer cuz it’s convenient, saw they had the sign in big writing outside-“price match all.” But when I went to the counter I was told no, only can do 10% off. I wasn’t happy with the service cuz waited long when asking where the product is and I ended up looking for it myself and that’s all I get as a reply. I got upset, so don’t want to buy it from them. Should erase the sign off if you can’t keep up with the word. Would not shop here again, as my baby was crying as well with a fever.

Had been a frequent customer, on 12/08 11:00 AM went to ask to witness signing a document, treated extremely rudely by the on duty pharmacist. I understand that you may be busy but being rude and pathetic is not what you do to customers. Went to another pharmacies within 5 Km radius & done in jiffy. Will never visit again due to rude attitude to frequent customers if they are not bringing in $ sales.

So i went to the lynbrook pharmacy to ask a question about my skin and hair what products should I use... The Sri lankan lady pharmacist was making funny faces and mocking what I was asking to other pharmacist. I didn't find it funny at all people have problems... she should not work there and the way she treats the customers.

The cashier lady was too rude... I will never go again.

A chemist which sells a wide range of drugs and treatments to improve your health. It’s located on the side of Coles.Like all chemists, the aisles are a bit tight for two people to pass comfortably. The shopkeepers were kind, so I enjoyed browsing the store.
