Most useless store ever! Ordered a half chicken and chips and 600ml coke but didn’t get the coke HOW HARD IS IT???

I made a purchase of 2 chicken cheeseburgers and a pineapple fritter.I often purchase the cheeseburgers at this store with no issue so decided to expand the order this time. The pineapple fritter was very chewy and over done with black char bits in the bottom of the container and the pineapple texture resembling that of a the meat of a very well cooked wing.I inspected the burgers and thought they looked fine, standard messy, bit darker perhaps. They also did not taste at all like normal and we're well below standard. I am very unlikely to continue attending this store in future and would highly advise against anyone else attending this establishment either.

Went down and ordered a Hawaiian combo , chicken twists and a small gravy. The young lady that took my order repeated my order before I paid , I then waited for my order ( which was quicker then previous experiences) the same young lady repeated my order when she handed it to me . I then get home to find the hawaiian combo was just a quarter chicken and chips , I don’t normally return my food seen it is a waste of my time but because the order was repeated to me twice I was quite annoyed. A gentleman came out and assuming he was the manager asked me if I would like them to remake the order , I said yes that’s what I paid for . After waiting they handed me the bag and apologized so I checked the bag and there was no chicken twists and gravy, so I asked were is the rest and they tried putting in the bag the cold items that was from my original order . Will not be going back it seems like they are more worried about their Uber eats than the customers that walk in (which seems to be a common thing with fast food places).

Best ever Chicken Treat, I have been coming here for years now. Always had amazing food. Chips crunchy, burgers always yum, chicken cooked to perfection, pineapple fritters always cooked perfect aswell and the mac n cheese balls are EPIC!!!! My partner and I always try give them a compliment when we leave because they have never let us down.

Talk about bad service, went to grab lunch for my kids and was standing at the counter for half an hour before the girl decides to serve me!! She was bloody rude too!!

I ordered 67 dollars worth of chicken treat. What arrived you could fit in one hand. Disgusting to say the least. Was supposed to have 8 pieces of chicken. Nothing. Will never be buying from them again. 67 dollars wasted.

My husband order a chicken dinner with chips tonight, which would normally come in a tin foil container. (For common sense reasons) However we received in other meals" cardboard box. So you could only imagine what happened... the gravy soaked the box and literally fell out the bottom of the cardboard. Absolutely speechless. I also ordered a crunchified chicken box (which comes with small chips) since when is 6 chips classified as small? Absolutely disappointed!"

Attended this store on a Friday night and ordered burgers, bbq chicken and chips and chicken rolls and chips.The food is of a sub standard quality. Chips and bbq chicken too salty to eat.Bacon on the burgers tasted microwaved not cooked as it should be.The staff are not friendly or professional and when I called to tell the manager of my issues I was treated like an impostion.The store needs new management and a drive thru. It will keep losing customers and I would advise that you go to KFC or anywhere else!
