Update:A $7.5 fine for the first failed direct debit attempt is a terrible penalty. Why are they unable to attempt again later?It is understandable if the payment was unsuccessful after several tries. But it's unfair to impose such a fine after the first attempt.There is no option with them to accept a backup payment either. For cybersecurity fraud prevention, I usually do not keep ALL my funds in my smart access account and don't have an option here.They claim the payment is processed by a third party and this is not in their control. But I'm just a customer of anytime fitness and expect them to handle a basic payment issue with me.

Great facility, clean and has a variety of great hammer strength equipment. Staff are great and friendly. I highly recommend training here if in the area.

This gym is SO MUCH BETTER than it used to be even a year ago. Refurbished, great new equipment, and brilliant new management that make it a pleasure to attend. And it has the easiest parking of any gym in the area. Brilliant! If it stays this good they've got me for life!!

Worst customer service. I have been trying to cancel my membership for past 3 months, whenever i ring them they always come up with new excuses. They used to reach out to me on my phone number before but when i asked them why they are not getting back to me they said they tried to ring me but couldn't reach out i asked them for the number they tried to call and the number was just not mine. They will tell you to wait a month to process cancellation of membership and don't reach out to the customer and when the customer does so they will come up with different excuses like the given phobe number wasn't available or you have to email us again or sends you the due amount that you have to pay. I get charged every week and they asked me to pay $27 again to process the cancellation. I didn't even bothered asking why was i getting charged.They still haven't cancelled my membership it's still on process. Sad that it took them 3months just to process the cancellation idk how long will it take them to totally cancel my membership. Please guys do better!!

Feels like ransom when you try to cancel your Membership. I went to the branch in November and asked to cancel my membership when the contract expires on 31/12/2022 and the staff verbally agreed. Then I had to email again on 13/01/2023 to cancel it immediately but still they don't and claim they have been trying to call me which I never see on my call list. Today, they agree to cancel the membership over the phone with another 30 days notice. Anyway, they lack quality of service and not competitive with many other gyms with better pricing model.

Best gym, very clean, management is amazing mainly Tarren she is such a gem and so kind to staff and members.Always feel welcomed and never want to leave.

I’ve been to a few gyms over the years but can honestly say that this is my favorite. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. I had a slight issue the other week but the manager Taren went above and beyond to sort the issue very quickly.Keep up the great work guys

The girls work really hard to keep the equipments, toilets and everything else clean. Super friendly management and PT Dan is simply amazing.

went to riley’s, awful customer service and smell! went to anytime around the corner and the staff was so friendly i signed up on the spot. while anytime does cost a bit more the gym was great and i was happy pay a little bit extra for the extra mile the staff went

Worst customer serviced ever. Manager and assistant manager doesn't have any sense, how to talk to their customers. I won't recommend this gym, worth going little far one. Wandering how much attitude they possess.They are lucky enough that there is no negative rating on google.
