Initially not particularly helpful on a price-match and product information, but after I went back in to further discuss their Victron price matching policy the second consultant was SUPER helpful and did better than just the price match option. Happy to assume that the second experience is more like their base-line customer service and will definitely deal with them again in future.

Shout out to Every Battery Glenorchy. I had a problem with my car battery constantly going flat. The panel shop where I had repairs done suggested I go to Every Battery to get it tested. The guys at Every Battery Glenorchy were so helpful. Joe went the extra mile giving me a loan battery while I waited for a replacement to come in from the place where I had originally purchased the battery. Once the new battery came in he happily swapped the batteries over for me so I was back on the road safe and sound. Joe was so happy to help. I can’t thank him enough. We need more people like Joe in the world! Great team at Every Battery Glenorchy Tas. Highly recommend them!

Our boat's onboard inverter (a Victron Multiplus II) developed a fault when visiting Hobart. I called Every Battery at around 2pm and they promised a tech would come to the marina that day. James arrived at 4:30, and had the fault cleared via a firmware upgrade by 5pm. Super professional and knowledgeable. Five stars.

Would like to thank Joe Andrews manager of Glenorchy branch and salesman Alex for going above and beyond excellent service when my vehicle lost battery power and was immobile. Joe and Alex loaned me a battery to get home as the problem was the alternator. Without the help of Joe and his team I would have been completely stuffed. Although I didn’t need a battery on this occasion I will in the future and I will certainly be dealing with Every Battery Glenorchy. Once again thank you Joe and Alex for your wonderful service.
