Kalpana was amazing. Very professional. Did an amazing facial . But disappointed the lady at the front desk she was rude and unpleasant to talk to . All the time was on loudspeaker call which was disturbing my facial service.

Lady was lovely super professional & quick. My brows looked amazing travelled from Redcliffe to get them done here x

I was very unhappyAs a beautician myself, I was left Mortified.I just wanted someone else to do my beauty work, as a result I was threaded, then the beautician just so carelessly whacked on henna..There was no blending so now I square blocks on my face.my eye brows don’t even look like cousins anymore they are completely different and ugly is an understatement. I’m very upset and will not return.Fortunately for me I have stuff to remove the henna but for anyone else looking to have a professional experience I would not go here.

Have been coming here for a few years. Always do a fantastic job. Most recently fixed my eyebrows after another place messed them up totally. Learnt my lesson and will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend 1000/10

Horrible experience. Asked for a brow lamination and tint light brown.I had black as black eyebrows, a chunk of my eyebrow taken out and completely fried my eyebrows that they are not laminated but so damaged that they have turned curly and will not budge as they are laminated.The lady also said your eyelashes will look silly without tint when brows are done so kept going on that I needed them also to be tinted, pointless as they didn't even change colour.Went in and complained to a different lady who was on and ensured me that I would hear from them that week to receive a full refund as she agreed that my eyebrows had been laminated incorrectly and could see the big chunk missing. 3 weeks on, still have not heard from them regarding refund even with a follow up call.Eyebrows are still curly and damaged with a big hole out of them that I cannot cover up.Not happy at all with the service or customer service. Would give 0 stars if an option.

Went here to get a eyebrow waxing thinking everything will be fine but no, I have a mole above my right eyebrow, there is plenty of room between the brow and mole so it wouldn't of been an issue but no, the girl waxed right over my mole and when she ripped the wax off it ripped at my mole and started to bleed. They never seem to get all the hair as many times I've gone home and had to go over it. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Came here for the first time yesterday for eyebrow threading and tinting. They look lovely and are quite a lot cheaper than the place I was going before. Also comes with a loyalty card, after 5 visits it's 10% off and after 10 it's 15% off! Can't wait for my next visit!

my dear friend is in such a state after her eyebrow wax, that i’m writing this review for her…she simply can not cope. if you want a good eyebrow wax, look else where, cause this place only knows about a job half done and not a thing about symmetry. plucking them yourself, while being blindfolded and extremely intoxicated will give you better eyebrows than this place will. so save your $20 and buy yourself a pair of tweezers. on the plus side, my friend said the shop smelt nice (:

I’ve been going here a while with no issues at all. However today was a pretty terrible experience.Asked for a brow wax. Sat down and the young girl (who id not had before) started doing threading, whatever I don’t mind threading so I just stick with it. This girl was SO incredibly rough. I’ve never had a more painful threading experiencing in my life, it was brutal. And to be honest the results weren’t even that great…Results and experiencing depend on the girl you get on the day

I have been going here for some time and never had a problem. I went today and just wanted an eyebrow wax and tint . When I declined the up sell for Henna and a lip wax , I noticed how limited the customer service became . My eyebrows were wiped with a dry cotton wool pad and I was sent off after paying . When I really looked in the mirror , it was a terrible job and I had been burnt by the wax under my eyebrows. I will never go back. It’s clearly about upselling .
