Good petrol station, staff are always nice. Biggest negative is number of fuel pumps, can get crowded quickly.

Rude staff with unprofessional attitude, this was our go-to fuel station for many years but will be going elsewhere. Don’t be surprised if you’re unable to use fuel lock on your app…

Why can’t I go in to get a snack at 11pm?! It says 24hrs. The guy said I had to go to the after hours window. I wasn’t getting fuel I just wanted to get a snack. So rude and ridiculous. Literally told me they were out of snacks! The whole store is out of snacks? Seriously sort your staff out this is some kind of joke. Don’t you want to make money!?

Very bad experience here ,Went there tonight for petrol they asked me to leave my ID there!! I told the guy I don’t carry my ID with me everywhere and then he asked me to leave my phone with him !!!Never seen anything like this beforeDefinitely loosing your long time CoustumerVery disappointed

I filled up petrol this evening at 1021-Blackburn, the staff didn't offer me the free coffee offer.  Then I asked for free coffee, he states that I must request for it before I pay.  At the end he didn't give me the coffee, I personally do not think this is my problem, he should've ask me before I pay, how am I suppose to know the whole process, and which step should be done first or last?I am furious about this.

Very bad experience with especially this 7 11 ,boss don't know how to talk with customers at all and own the business.No doubt why there google rating is below the average.Will never come back to this 7 11.same thing they did with my cousin too.

Partner and I went there late, prepaid 20 dollars for fuel. Followed instructions but fuel did not lock at 20 dollars so we went 3 dollars over. Went back to pay the extra 3 dollars and he sneakily tried to make us pay an additional 20 dollars. Only fixed it when we told him 15 times that we prepaid with him 2 minutes ago, then he demanded cash. Another 2-3 minutes of back and forth and he finally let us pay the remaining $3.11 on cars and then refused to give us the receipt we requested, instead holding it up away from the window. Pretended not to hear us at every turn and can’t get over that he tried to slip an extra 20 bucks charge on the eftpos. Seeing similar comments below, shockin. Thanks for that, Rashaad. Real classy.

Went here late one night. Unprofessional staff, who didn't know what they were doing despite training someone new. Had to prepay fuel but wouldn't accept fuel lock on the app unless I left them something valuable.

Incompetent staff member didnt have a coherent and direct way of expressing that a fuel bowser was not functioning. All it wouldof taken would be a simple yellow sign on the pump or a hey
