I could have gone to Melbourne, but I am glad I didn’t as I have all I need from a locally based full service accounting firm right here in Albury Wodonga.

It took them 2 months to do a simple tax return for us. I had to call every day to remind them about my return and all I was told was: it’s with our manager for signing. I made a complain to a manager. He couldn't care less about me as a customer and told me that I should be grateful I’m their customer. No apology for the delay. Very disappointing
