Battery World Castle Hill

My car’s battery was slowly misbehaving over the last few weeks and finally died on a Sunday. I called around to see if I could get it replaced before my week started. The staff at super cheap auto recommended that I was better off seeing battery world because they would have stock and be more affordable. They were not wrong. Matt and the team were able to give me the correct advice on the questions that I fired off at them, plus they had stock and gave me a better deal and were able to fit it on the spot. They even advised me that my car (with an auto start-stop feature) required a specific battery, which I had not known, so I also learned something. The guys were friendly and professional while fitting the battery; it Didn't take long, their customer service was excellent, I saved some $$$, and I'll be recommending anyone else that needs a battery to drop on in. Keep up the great work.

Matt went above and beyond for my car today. Came in for a battery replacement, and we found the wrong battery had been fit to my car with all the brackets missing. Matt used spare parts he had to make me a battery bracket. Awesome service. Thank you again Matt. Very happy.

Fantastic service, called them for a quote to install a new car battery at midday and then arrived there at 12:15pm and battery was purchased and fitted and I was ready to drive away by 12:35. What a superb customer service experience, plus they gave me the best price when compared to other suppliers. Excellent work, wish I could give you 6 stars but 5 is the maximum.

Excellent speedy service. Friendly staffs. The guy checked our battery right away and agreed we needed a new one. It was reasonably priced for a start/stop battery, and he installed it straight away. We were only there less than 20 minutes. Go here if you have car battery issues.

Prices quite high for very often unknown brands of batteries. One of the staff member got very unpleasant, screaming at me when I made a really innocent comment about those high prices. Definitely not the place I would go to again or recommend.

Fantastic staff! Highly recommended

This was my second time to use their service. My car battery was dying and wanted to get it fixed before starting a week. Luckily I was able to bring a car so they replaced a battery on the spot, took less than 10 minutes. Fitting fees were free so I only paid $249 for the top range of 3 level of batteries.
