Trying to stay Covid compliant the numbers are down, but the Staff are good doing their best. Good Exercise Physiologist.

Very nice and tidy gym! The staff are all SO friendly, welcoming & helpful. There’s such a wide variety of group classes which I love! The equipment is great and the price is very reasonable!

Great gym. Friendly staff. Very good equipment. Reasonable price. Have a mixed staff of Personal Trainers and Exercise Physiologists. EPs are a real bonus not available in a lot of gyms.

A great little gym with all the les Mills classes ,spin and yoga. The crowd here is not the young I love myself crowd. Excellent service staff and trainers quite with all well maintained modem equipment.Very tidy gym with great change rooms and clean toilets.
