Great service and good prices

I'm very glad to live so close to this amazing shop. There are two rooms stocked full of tanks with exotic flora and fauna to explore. I drove past this place as it's more of a warehouse than a shop. But once inside, there's plenty to look at. I purchased some aqua soil and a group of plants suitable for beginners. The quality of the plants is top notch. There were no snails or pests with the plants. The plants were in good health and are now adapting to their new home, sprouting new shoots already. I received a generous bunch of seven different kinds of stem plants. Each bunch contained many stems, more than I needed. I'll be back again soon for my next purchase!

My new favourite fish store. Mainly freshwater fish. Great collection of livestock, plants, and hardscape materials (rocks, driftwood, etc.). There are some great display tanks too. Pricing is one of the best in Melbourne. Customer service still leaves a lot to be desired though. Very worth a visit in general, will be back again.

Only go here if you are an experienced fishkeeper, know exactly what you want going in, and have the means to care for sick fish when you get them. Many tanks are hard to see into because of algae. Many sad looking bettas and sad looking plants. Whole tanks of sick fish. Prices and selection of fish are good, but customer service is close to non existent. If you're new to the hobby, head down the road to pet&aquarium warehouse for healthier fish, spectacular customer service and great bargains on fish adjacent products.

The owner doesnt want to even talk to you. Very rude and un professional. If you are a newbie and looking for advise please avoid this place at all cost.
