Got introduced to Maroun for a second opinion, just after a failed attempt to secure a Land and house loan with a different broker. Maroun and co. immediately got to work and went on to secure a Loan for a land Only in just one week, still within the financial clause on the Land I was holding. My scientific brains is limited in this domain but I believe the services they provided were succinct. Very few documentations were required relative to my previous broker. He was just a phone call to all my ignorant questions and I was always satisfied with the answers. The only thing I didn't get my head around was slightly limited information on offers from the chosen lender. Overall, excellent services and I highly recommend.
