We had about 7 small patches due to some puppy damage I needed fixed and Carpet Care and Repair were punctual, professional and very experienced. I’m so happy with the results. Saed noticed that my spare carpet did not match one of the rooms and took a patch from the wardrobe and replaced it with my similar fabric and it looks fantastic. Very happy with the price, and the new patches have worn in beautifully! Thank you.

After having a dodgy repair by another company I contacted these guys because the reviews looked great. They did an immaculate job, nobody would ever know the carpet was even repaired. They were professional and friendly. I really appreciate them taking the time to travel out of their usual area.

Saed did a great job repairing torn carpet caused by my dog. It looks as good as new. Would definitely use him again if my dog gets up to more mischief

I got a carpet repair done following an accidental round burn mark (20x20cm) from a pot. Our repairer did an excellent job. He was patient with my husband’s many questions at the start, clear on expectations, was efficient & the repair looks seamless & professionally executed. The price was great. I would use this business again in future.

Saed repaired a large section of carpet damaged by mould and a smaller section damaged by my cat. He was very professional in his communication before arrival, making it clear what the costs would be and how successful the repair would be. Similarly on the scheduled day, I really valued his regular communication on arrival time, their working needs and again how successful the repair was likely to be. I was very happy with the repair, they did a thorough job, it looks great and they were very clean in tidying up after their work.
