Easily the worst Red Rooster in Qld. Poor service, poor food, long wait times. Incompetent staff. Drive down the road to Burpengary Red Rooster if you want hot food. These guys get it wrong all the time.

If you don’t have what is available in your meal deals!! Do not charge extra for the next available thing. The customer is not responsible for your lack of ordering nor lack of supply from your chosen supplier

Who doesn’t have chicken cooked at lunch time, it’s meant to be fast food. Not sit in the car for 20 minutes waiting as your store didn’t think anyone would come through for lunch. Poor service

Definitely the poorest quality of food from any Red Roster I’ve been to.Chips tasted a day old and only half full.. I’ve also had a whole meal missed when ordering through the red roster app. You put in a complaint, they reply to say they’ll replace the food, ask for more information but when you send it through they never get back to you.A friend of mine ordered here a day ago and stated half the chips were still frozen and the chicken burger was rubbery.It’s all abit late to take back the food when you’ve come home after work to have dinner.

This store, Narangba Valley, consistently gets it wrong. The attitude of the manager the last time it happened, and I may add the order was 2 pieces fried chicken (1 piece in the box) and a large onion rings, was “if it’s wrong so often then don’t come back.” 1pm Xmas eve.
