Just had my first service on a new car. Jason was highly recommend by a good friend and he exceeded my expectations. He was genuine, explained what was done in a way that I understood (I'm not a car person), and I felt that he gave recommendations based on honesty and he wasn't just trying to get a quick buck. Recommend for sure and will be back!

DO NOT TRUST THE RWC FROM THEM!!!They are playing with people's lives & Supplying Dodgy RWCs!!Bought a car from their known person UNLICENSED (Paul/Steve) to whom they supply RWCs.On my car Oil Leaks everywhere! Tyres worn!Break Pads worn out. Clear risk of Life safety.Have been quoted $5k for repairs.Definitely Reporting about their dealings and people involved Jason & ( Paul) who had been selling cars under their RWC dealings to Fair Trading & ATO.Have a look at tyres Its life threatening!!

Never having used this workshop before, I called up and received an immediate diagnosis over the phone and was able to take my car in straight away. I spoke with Jason who looked after me and swapped out a part on the spot and my car is now back to its normal performance. Thanks to your team for the knowledge, quick turn around, friendly, no-nonsense approach and it turned out much cheaper than I imagined. Anything to do with my car in the future, I'm calling this team up first thing. Highly recommend them!

After hearing such good things about this business I was very disappointed after having my vehicle assessed. I informed them that I had a vibration while accelerating and also a scraping sound, I assumed brakes? Upon collection I was told that the vibration was coming from transmission or transfer case as there was excessive slack in the drive shaft. I was also informed that the brakes were fine and the scraping sound was from the transmission!I was told to contact a transmission specialist.I then had a friend (mechanic) have a quick look to confirm. He quickly found a broken universal joint(vibration) and a massive gouge in a brake disc (scraping sound)I’ve only heard great reports about Jason at Milburns, so I must emphasise this job was not done by him.Again, very disappointing!!
