Goodstart Early Learning Old Reynella

I be very careful dealing with Goodstart. When we first join they withdraw $400 from our bank account by mistake (well that was their excuse). If I wanted it back I was told I have to wait 2 weeks so I be better off leaving my account in credit. Too bad if I needed the money for food shopping.In our time at goodstart on two separate occasions we were given these out of the blue bills for $300 to $400 on top of our usual fees. They were very threatening if we didn’t pay saying they would refuse our child, send the debt to a debt collector and trash our credit rating.The childcare centre were also closed on public holidays but if your child was usually book in you were still charged even when no staff was at the Center. They did stop this practice but never refunded a cent.Do not send your kids here unless you have deep pockets. They will make sure they get as much money out of you possible. Do not make my mistake of giving them access to your bank account.

Couldn’t ask for better care of my 2 Girls. All staff have become like family in the last 5yrs. All so supportive from Admin to the Educators.Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My eldest has attended Goodstart Old Reynella since she was 8 months old. Such a wonderful community and the educators are wonderful. Can’t recommend this centre enough!

Since moving to the area, it was hard for us to choose a new childcare centre for our kids and build up trust to let someone look after them. So we had a few visits to 6 different childcare centres in the area and Goodstart Old Reynella was the best place for our children in the end.Both of our daughters have attended this childcare centre (Nursery and Toddler Room). Our children were always looked after in a loving environment and they always have an engaging, fun and creative activity to do each day. The smell of their meals when I walk through the centre is great too and I like that they keep you updated on their meals for the week.All staff are very FRIENDLY and have EXCELLENT/Prompt communication - whether its a general email about sickness in the centre, covid policy and adjusted fees, or a new staff member is starting at the centre, or a phone call to say that our child had fallen over.Other things that i looked at when choosing a centre was that the centre opened early and closed late 6:30am-6:30pm, the hygiene standards were maintained, that they had good air conditioning and heating, that the centre doesn't charge on public holidays and nappies are provided. I would definitely recommend this centre to your children, if you are looking for all of the above qualities!

My 11 month old recently started here. I have felt so happy and comfortable leaving him there with the staff thanks to their communication and support through the transition. We regularly receive photos and updates of his day which is amazing. Admin also supported us really well when we were needing some information, they responded very fast and with a positive and patient attitude.

This centre has been great for our daughter. We have been attending for over 2 years and the staff have always worked to develop strong relationships with my daughter. Communication with parents has been good and the environment is great. I have recommended this centre to friends and family.

I love the staff and thankfully so does my son lol. They are very friendly, personable and care so much about all the kids. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare.

I have sent my children to Goodstart Old Reynella since they were 6 months old, they absolutely love it. The staff are amazing and have always kept my children's needs in their best interest. I wouldn't send them anywhere else!

Goodstart Old Reynella team do their absolute best to help your little ones grow, develop, learn in a caring environment.My first attended Nursery all the way to Kindy making life long memories and friends.So impressed with the centre I have continued to use with my second child.Great amenities, daily updates via Storypark, updated hygiene awareness, practice and communications.Highly recommend, ask for a tour you won't be disappointed!!

Staff and educators are amazing. The communication is amazing and I have never had any problems. I have 15 month old twins who are in the nursery and they have definitely learnt alot from attending the centre. The centre Director Amy is very efficient and always answers my questions. Overall I am extremely happy with the centre.
