Rear brake pad replacement for $170, used Sangsin pads and machined Rotor $150 for 2015 Mazda CX-5. I think It’s fair cash price in Sydney. They charge 10% more if you need a formal receipt or pay cards. The mechanic Jimmy done a good job. The boss is friendly and running around, such as to pick up parts. Recommended to all people especially who knows a little bit cars or have done your homework before you come.

It was my first time taking my car for a servicing. Just after 15 minutes, they said it was done. One man came and started to make an invoice. Just for the engine oil, they charged me $218. Later that day, i said this to my friends, then realised i was completely ripped off when they told me about other service centres near my location. Not going there again. Other mechanics just 8-9 minutes drive from there, who do the same thing cheaper and good quality.

Brought our car to them for diagnosis of transmission problems if it worth repairing. They fixed everything else for over $1500. Then the transmission failed after 2 days and needs another $ 3000+. You need to be careful enough to deal with them.

I changed my clockspring there which they charged 500 bucks..after some days same problem issued and went back. They said i have to change airbag which would cost me 2000 dollars. Later i went to other place and they fixed my issue with only 250 dollars. Really disappointed going there. I recommend not to go there.

Busy place, can be hard to find parking. Before you go make sure you have all idenfication before you go otherwise no ticket for you. Be patient with the team there they do a great job under the pump.I had really helpful service people. The time I went the ticketing speaker was not working and it was hard to hear your number. Not their fault. I stayed there nearly 2 hours trying to load all my documents but I give the Burwood service centre 5 stars because there staff were patient and awesome. I had a islander staff member help me out, we shared the same birthdate and a tall dark guy who was friendly and approachable.

They don’t give receipt. When I drop the car, a blue slip $66 and windscreen wiper change $10-$20 agreed. When my hubby picked the car it costed $122. Since no receipt I don’t know what else I am charged with. And their blue slip licence is not under their trading name.
