I purchased a brand new vista 750 self propelled lawn mower 12 months ago at a victa dealer it has the new easy start technology have had nothing but problems starting it now during winter impossible to start returned to dealer paid for service they said it was a fuel problem so used a fuel stabiliser still hard to start tried to ring technical phone line out of service very disappointed i would like my money back this product is rubbish

I had my original Victa mower for over 30 years and only updated it with a new Victa after the front wheel bracket broke on the original. In less than 8 years the current Victa, which has had a much, much easier life than the original mower, is in very poor shape. They obviously don't make them like they use to (refer to photo).

Bought the Ultimate Mower which has the alloy deck, push button start, self propelled and mulches. Compared to my old 2 stroke (a 15 year old Victa), this is like going from a Model T Ford to a Tesla. It's a joy to use and I have foundation that I'm now cutting my grass a little higher as I don't mind giving it a more regular cut than I used to because it's not much of a chore anymore. The only downside to the mower was the cheap plastic garden host attachment for washing the underneath of the deck. Overall love my mover (had it for a couple of months now) and would recommend that particular model to anyone.

For a brand that is meant to be the best they certainly do not show it through their customer support. I email them a month ago with no response so I called and spoke to technical. The tech knew absolutely nothing about lithium batteries and was willing to tell me anything to just make me go away.

I purchased an Echo vac vs 2100 with a 5 year warranty , it is 3 years old and the engine seized I have sent multiple emails to the customer contact email address , have spoken to there call centre on 3 occasions, the only response is, we will get back to you, my first email was on the 15the of December , still no response
