Nesuto Parramatta Apartment Hotel

Went there for a strata meeting. Room was good. The men's toilet smell really bad not sure why. It wasn't dirty but smelly.

Very good breakfast, my English is not good, I got very enthusiastic help from the staff, the transportation is convenient, it is worth recommending.

Spacious room and clean, however bed was not a large double bed as stated in a 1 bedroom apartment. It was 2 singles put together hence the sheets did not fit correctly and bed was sloped. “Uncomfortable sleep”Good selection for brekky but cold. Parking secure but tight.

Very very very inconsiderate staffs. Especially the on-call ones working after hours. Needs more training and phone manner. Was not helpful at all. Especially Ms. Ally, I wish no one would ever hire her as she's very very inconsiderate!!I was alone & stuck outside the hotel at 11.30 pm & when asked for help she responded she can only help the guests & not the tenants!! I mean seriously? I had my id showing my address in that particular hotel but she wouldn't consider!I never swear at anyone but found myself helpless & started yelling over the phone!!In response to the Manager:I had my driver's licence showing my address to that particular apartment! Despite that your staff refused to help!Next morning I was told that the inconsiderate" staff was from Parramatta branch! Also the receptionist at Parramatta was of no use & had no sympathy & ZERO phone manner!Heidi

Very average place. It's so noisy don't bother with a balcony room because the traffic is so bad that you can't hear yourself think and sleeping well unless you carry ear plugs you won't get any. Bed hard as a rock. No room cleaning service. Breakfast very average, although the girl greeting you was just lovely. The carpark has to be seen to be believed.

Watch out they will LIE and tell you that breakfast is free, then charge you $25 a head when you come down in the morning because ‘computer says no’Other than that, typical standard room and fairly clean

Great location central to shopping, racecourse, and qudos stadium. Friendly, attentive staff. Breakfast included in tariff.Rooms were a bit dated, but still comfortable with all amenities, including dishwasher, and a bath tub!But be warned- parking is terrible!Undercover parking access is very tight and hard to negotiate.

Absolutely loved staying here, I drove from country NSW never been to Sydney all with 2 kids and nervous about the trip. The staff were all so lovely and supportive and helped with anything I asked. The rooms were clean comfortable and spacious and the parking was secure and I could fit my hilux in there. Public transport out the front and the staff even helped me sort that out as I was not use to it especially with 2 young children. Close to Olympic park for my daughters race. The buffet breakfast was magnificent and cooked to perfection and the meals delivered to our room were second to none I have never tasted meals so good. If I’m going to Sydney for anything again I will be staying here they were so lovely I can’t fault it at all. Highly recommended 10 stars if I could

The staff are amazing! Accommodation is amazing! I travel away for business on a weekly basis and this feels like a second home. Thank you so much to everyone at the Parramatta Nesuto for being so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast just tops off my stay! 10 out of 10 and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay regularly.
