Lost Huge amounts of Money at this store- Do not go here!I took my phone to tech22 in Acacia ridge- The worst experience I've had. I've been completely ripped off.The phone was brand new (worth $500.00)I took my phone to the store to get the screen replaced. The screen had minor damage and was still usable when I dropped the phone off.When I went to collect the phone, the touch screen wouldn't work. I had paid $100.00 for the screen to be replaced- I asked for a refund or for the store to correct the issue with the screen.The store said No.The employee said the phone had a motherboard issue" and they would not refund me. I explained that my phone worked when I dropped it off- they acknowledged this but still would not refund me.I've been offered a $100.00 store credit- hardly makes up for the $600.00 I've just lost.This has financially impacted me and my work - Deeply unhappy with the service and customer care I received here."

Great customer service and support. Highly recommend Hein he listened. Problem solved and was able to sell me me both a screen protector and a refurbished Mac book pro.

I had my phone screen fixed but when he handed it over to me it was all greasy from him eating some kfc and then I dropped it again and cracked it and I was like farrk mate surely that’s your fault from your greasy hands. But at the end of the day I didn’t get my phone fixed so yeah.

1 star is simply way too much.. brought my phone to get charger port fixed stopped working within 1 day and they said I had to buy a new phone. Went to another store and fixed perfectly. No new phone needed bunch of scamming thieves.

My earphones broke the next day and malfunctioned the volume on my phone somehow. Do not buy from them !!

Took them 5 weeks to tell me they couldn't repair it, lost it then once found returned it back to me literally in pieces, asking me if I wanted all the screws back incase I wanted to put it back together.

After taking my phone in to get a cracked screen changed, the tech damaged the headphone speaker whilst doing so. He refused to take any responsibility for it and now my phone is worse than ever. Never experienced such bad customer service in my life. These guys don't know what they're doing.

They explained what I the issue was with my laptop without charging me, providing me the option of repair with Tech2 or other.
