The Sails Motel - Brunswick Heads

The staff were accommodating, and the room was comfy. Wifi was a bit touch and go. Easy walking distance to town which was great.

A cute unique little motel. Very clean, lovely staff, the pool & bar are a nice spot to relax, walking distance to everything in town and nice & quiet.

The location is great, it’s right near the beach and the centre of the town. There are also some nice restaurants next door to the motel, we ate pizza at Saint Maries and it was delicious! The room is spacious, clean and the bed so comfortable. The real highlight is the pool, it’s fabulous! The staff were so friendly! We arrived a little earlier than check in normally is but we’re allowed to get into our room early, and even allowed a later check out. I also can’t forget Chip who was the puppy who greeted us, it’s always nice to see a dog when you’re missing your own. Though we were only here for one night, we just want to thank the staff at The Sails for a fantastic stay! We are definitely planning on returning in the future.

Don't go if you're a family! Was threatened to be kicked out as we were having fun, catching up before Christmas. Wasn't allowed to make any noise so they lost out on a lot of money at their bar pool. We got abused for having a quiet drink and wad told if we don't shut up we were getting kicked out yet they allowed several kids to run up and down yelling so loud at 5am and the rude manager didn't say a word. He also didn't say anything to the people drinking out side their room at 11pm talking loud yet told us we weren't allowed. Asked them for clean towels and a room refresh and they refused. It's not a place to go if you want a relaxing fun holiday. Stay away!

Great check in super friendly and helpful re; restaurants and things to do in Brunswick.The nostalgia retro vibe was great. Loved the shop, bar and pool area.Simon was a great host and held our room for us when our flight was cancelled because of the floods. we really appreciated your help. It was above and beyond the call of duty.We will look forward to seeing you next year, hopefully in drier conditions.

Don't, just don't ever stay in the so called 2-bedroom apartment. Stay away! What a joke and absolute annoyance of a room. It shares a 2 walls with the onsite pizzeria kitchen. Dear god, it felt like camping next to a mine excavation. Thumps and things falling from check-in until 10:30 at night. The bathroom in the room is located in the one room. So you have to walk through the room to get to it. Awful room design and should not be offered as such.

Had to cancel at short notice due to unavoidable circumstances and they were very understanding and helpful. Thanks so much ! Will definitely book again.

After a long trip with kids we desperately needed a night somewhere to sleep still being 8 hrs from home at 930 at night!We were actually shocked to find a clean and tidy family room available and at a great price .Once arriving we found to our absolute shock that the rooms were super clean modern comfortable and accommodated us perfectly. Reception was also wonderful and helpful on phone right on closing time

We had pizza and some other food and drinks. Service was good even though it was a busy night. The food was good, the staff were very nice and accommodating. Thank you
