Clear Skincare Clinic Springfield

I booked an appointment online and on the day was told that I had booked at a different clinic. Luckily I had a screenshot of my booking which was made for the correct clinic and got a confirmation SMS which I replied to. I showed the website that I was on via the screenshot which Cleary stated the correct clinic and she said “well we’re fully booked and can’t get you in”. I wasn’t happy with how rude she was and did not apologise for the website error. She was acting like I was the biggest inconvenience! I asked is she could let the other clinic know I wouldn’t be making it (which was the Sunshine Coast 200kms away). She said no I would need to!! She was very rude, unprofessional when I was just a regular customer trying to attend the appointment I booked. I had done the prep so was very unhappy with their service! I usually attend for skin treatment and anti wrinkle so I won’t be going back there again.

The team are so lovely, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

I received excellent customer service from both Millie and Lara. Lara was my skin therapist for my first appointment - peel and LED. Lara was very informative and comfortable to talk to through the consultation process. I was not pushed to buy products however they suggested what products would benefit my skin (as any great skin therapist would). After the treatment and using the couple of products bought at CS for the last few days, my skin feels great. Can't thank Lara enough - will be going to CS Orion now in future and ditching my other facial place.

Millie is amazing and so helpful for my daughter. Helping with acne. Highly recommended

EDIT: I’ve been coming to this clinic for over a year and never had any issues until the manager MILLY decided to tell me she wouldn’t accept my baby to come to my facials anymore. I explained I can’t leave her anywhere as I don’t have any family here and she did not care. I had many facials pre booked and paid for already so I asked for a refund and she refused. I called ACCC in-front of her who told me they had to offer me a solution as I was originally allowed to bring my baby in when I pre paid it all. when head office told me I can continue bringing my baby in. Milly started ignoring me when I came into clinic, if I walked passed to say hello to my facialist she would death stare me and storm off. My facialist has now resigned and I feel so uncomfortable going back to continue my services even though I have multiple sessions remaining. I’ve had a horrible experience with milly and feel like she intentionally makes me feel uncomfortable so I don’t come back.

The staff very unpleasant and just wanted to get me out of there.. maybe since it was 3pm on a sunday even though they close only at 4, but they seemed to be chatting away and didn't want to do my treatment.They were just finding reasons to NOT do my treatment.

The staff here are always pleasant and knowledgeable. My skin has gotten so much better since seeing the team here; being nice to people is an added bonus. Thanks guys!!

I was nervous about bearing all in front of a stranger but staff at this clinic were so friendly and welcoming. I ended up adding extra services on during my appt simply because I felt comfortable and at ease. I'm having great results from my laser sessions and the aftercare is so easy to deal with. Highly recommend the team at this clinic!!

Have been going to this clinic for the past 3 months and the staff are so lovely, professional and very thorough. I have gone to Suzie for my past 2 laser treatments and can’t recommend her enough.Millie was also super helpful with changing a package I had brought to another so I would receive laser on more areas then I had initially booked.

Got a gift voucher for a peel and led treatment- was a little nervous as id never been to a skin clinic before, but Millie was so lovely and informative!! talked me through the whole process and i learned so much in such a short span of time. would definitely go back!
