One of the worst chemist warehouse in Melbourne.I am immensely dissatisfied with the medical team.I went into the store to buy some medications, As I was explaining what I needed, the Girl said “ Shut up! And let me deal with another customer “There was no other customer, and she made me wait 10 mins with response or interaction, completely avoided me and moved on to next customer.If this is how Chemist warehouse Ivanhoe treats their customers, hats off to them!Never going to this store again.

Twice now they have had my script faxed through for over 24hrs but wait until I get there to fulfil it? It would make sense to have everyone’s medications there ready to go rather than make us wait for 20min?! Especially at a time like this when we are all trying to avoid being out in public, this is unacceptable!

I visited the Ivanhoe store on Saturday morning for the purpose of exchanging hair dye packets that weren't quite my colour. The girl and guy behind the counter were happy to swap it over and were exceptionally kind and were a pleasure to encounter. Their customer service was a refreshing and welcome change from the current trends in retail that stupidly use the COVID eccentricities as an excuse to not accept returns, even when still factory sealed. Thank you to the two staff members for being sensible, and for looking after the needs of your customers..

Very rude. I was here with one of my girlfriends when we saw a nice product we have wanted for a while in the tester part. It was unopened, so we opened it when a young lady stocking stuff started screaming at us. Very rude language, disappointed.

My rating here isn’t for the actual store itself, it’s the staff especially a lovely lady called rose, and two cousins, their name eludes me. It doesn’t always have what I want as in product s but as I said the staff are friendly and helpful.

One star is too many, quite literally the worst chemist warehouse in the country. Ridiculously rude and indiscreet staff who are happy to shout the intimate details of prescription at you meters from the counter. Also very slow and unhelpful when assistance is requested. Avoid!

Chemist warehouse Ivanhoe charges a few dollars more for products... on a big shop, this really adds up! I bought an item that was one price on their website and when I saw the receipt it was a few dollars more. I went back into the store and queried it and the sales girl didn't give me time to look into it... she insisted it was for a different item number. This product is the only one sold under this brand in the store. If you shop here, check your receipts.

I went into the store to buy Children's Panodol and was told that the product is out of stock, because they are Made in China. The two senior staff then went onto a racial slur about my ethnicity, that I ll be better off asking relatives to send me some than getting it from this store! It perhaps seemed like a joke to these two old women at the time but it's inappropriate and I am extremely disappointed!
