Not happy, went in midweek about 3pm with a cracked screen on my pixel 5, I've been quoted $280 to have the screen replacement and wanted to see if it was better to upgrade as I only have 4 payments to go on this phone. Only two customers in the store both sitting down with a staff member, 3rd staff member comes over and after I explained what I wanted he advised he had a customer booked in that was due in 30 minutes. He did not ask the other two staff how long they would be, he was not helpful at all. I've sort of had enough Telstra so will pay it out then move to another provider. Received an email from Christine at HQ, I replied on Monday 14/11/22 no reply yet 2 days later

The staff went out of their way to chase down the device I was trying to find from other stores. They called to let me know that they’d found one and set up a Sunday appointment for me. I went away from Telstra a long time ago but I only have positive things to say about my return as a customer.

Not happy with the front sale man who does not want any customers. I visited the store 3 times in the last 2 months.1st time is for replacement Sim. I was told at the front that there will be at least 30 min wait after waiting 10 minutes for his walk around trying to look busy. The technician who deal with me was brilliant. She sorted out things within 5 min and she is brilliant as her pretty hair colour . Thanks a lot. I didn’t have a chance to use my Telstra points at that time as I was on the clock.The second time is also about the same reason. I was waiting for 15 minutes without being attended by the same front man with the iPad which he doesn’t seem to be using. I was totalling ignored by him. Luckily, I was called in by another technician in the store and sorted out my issue quickly. Thanks to him, I can catch up my important appointments in time.The third time was purely for shopping to use my Telstra points and a few other as I felt I wanted to buy from the Telstra shop to show my gratitude to the technicians. The same front appointment organiser blankly told me to wait for at least 30 min to spend my points and money on new technology . I noticed that there were 2 technicians free( I might be wrong as they may be working on online stuffs) but I was not offered to look around in the shop or something like that. I was told to wait outside on the walk way for 30 min. The hilarious thing is that I am waiting to use my money. So I decided to leave that day.I am not sure if the person with the iPad walking in the front of that store is a manager or business owner. If he is, he is doing the worst job for his business. If he is a manager, he clearly doesn’t care and doesn’t want promotion. If he is just an employee, I think he hates the manager and trying to sabotage his employer’s business. At least this is my opinion. Please feel free to contact me in my personal email if you need clarification. I am really happy to provide honest feedback. I really want our local businesses to thrive in this current climate. Thanks to other technical employees who helped me quickly for my issues.(Addition: I claimed my 110,000 points on online store)MT

Terrible Place, NO care, been there 3 days in a row to be told it's an hour wait. 3 staff just sitting there with no customers. Went back after an hour told have to wait another 45 min.

I had to buy a Telstra 4GX device because I had issues getting an internet connection (P.S. Opticomm are the worst). They set me very quickly and the guy was super friendly and helpful. I even received a follow up call to see if everything was all good with my purchase.

The representative delivered great experience, how ever could probably do with a few more. The shop lacked in time management, As i watched 2 people sit behind a counter doing nothing while 3 customers before myself, and I waited 45mins to properly be served after being told we would be seen to in 10 to 15mins. Was a lil frustrated but overall the customer service i received once being seen was Fantastic and couldnt fault. He was so informative, helpful, kind and able to assist me with extra help.

This store is an absolute disgrace and as a silver customer it is time to swap Telco's. I have been waiting for a call back to upgrade my phone and as usual with this store....nothing. Black Friday sales finish today and if I stayed with this company I will now have to pay full price. Will contact another telco and join them. 0 out of 10 for customer serviceUPDATE: Still have not received a callback since this first posted, even though I have tried to contact them 2 more times. Went to the store aaround 10am one morning and watched as I rang them. EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS AND 4 WORKERS there, no one attempted to answer the phone and I still have not received a call back. You are better off doing business at Caroline Springs as they value you a lot more
